BLM GROUP is a manufacturer of high-precision laser cutting and sawing machines, as well as CNC bending and end-forming machines.

LT Fiber is one of its laser cutting systems, where the beam is generated directly inside the fiber and then introduced and transmitted through the fiber. The LT Fiber maximizes the performance and results of fiber laser technology.

3D systems have higher beam quality, faster cutting speeds, stronger capabilities for handling high-reflective materials, and lower energy consumption. The gas cutting effectively reduces maintenance costs.

It can automatically switch jobs in less than two minutes, with CNC adjustments set up at the push of a button.

The tubes are measured in the pre-tension position and held until completion to ensure maximum cutting quality and precision.

The adaptability of the machine and programming software also allows operators to handle special sections and profiles in a fully automatic work cycle.

Since early 2020, this laser system has been installed and operational at Atlantis Strength, far exceeding expectations.
