You are cordially invited to the 39th Annual General Meeting of the International Tube Association which will be held during Tube 2018, at the International Lounge, Messe Düsseldorf in Germany at 3 p.m. on 19 April 2018.
As well as the usual business of the AGM, including the Annual Reports by the Chairman and the Technical Committee, there will be an award presentation and, of course, the election of Officers and Committee of the International Executive Management Board (IEMB).
Nominations:
If you wish to nominate a member for office, please use the nomination form, which must be returned via fax, email or post to the ITA office before 29 March 2018.
It is very important that anyone whom you nominate has agreed to his/her name being proposed.
All ITA members are encouraged to attend and vote at the AGM and following the meeting, as ever, we would love to see you at an informal booth party which will take place at our booth F17 in hall 4. There is no charge for paid-up members to attend the AGM and the booth party; experience has shown that this is a great opportunity to meet up with fellow ITA members and the Officers of the Association.
There'll be music, snacks and refreshments (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and a photographer will be present. (Photos will be used for ITA marketing purposes; if you don’t wish your image to be used in this way, just let us know.)

If you are not able to attend the AGM in person please feel free to use the Power of Attorney to authorize somebody else to represent you and vote on your behalf.
