However, a bottleneck might still occur at the next step, such as coating, due to insufficient capacity.

For the coating phase, for instance, if there is equipment available that can preprocess the products, eliminating production blockages can effectively enhance manufacturing efficiency.

 

In practical production, each customer has different processing needs. Balancing the capacity of machines with customer orders is crucial; indiscriminately improving the efficiency of one part of the process is also a form of waste.
